Fees For Service

The Center for Wellness and Recovery funding comes from fees paid by clients and family members, private insurance policies, and other Federal, State and County funds. A reasonable charge is set for services offered. Payment of any applicable fees, including co-pays and deductibles, is expected at the time of each visit or upon admission. If the fee charged is more than you can afford, you may qualify for a reduced rate by providing a copy of IRS tax returns, pay stubs, or similar documents to verify your financial situation. Service decisions are based on individual needs and available resources. We are in network with many major commercial insurance providers but each situation is different. Please contact our office to ensure that your insurance is accepted. We also accept Cigna, Atnea, and BCBS. We are working on accepting Medicare and Medicaid.
